We build a Simulated Workplace Module based on the specific working requirements and conditions in a role or station on your floor. Before anyone starts working, we test prospective and new hires to make sure that they meet the minimum requirements for completing their role. While workers are on FlexForce, they’re also training using the Simulated Workplace Module to boost their skill level.
